After leaving work in Local Government in September 2011, Kadhem Jallab, became the Managing Director of his own Company “TWRI Policy & Research” which he has turned into a National/International Company. He managed TWRI for over 15 years when it was a Local Government Research Unit.
Kadhem has a Master degree in Statistics from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and a PhD degree in Statistics from Newcastle University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society and a member of the British Society for Population Studies.

Professor (and Councillor) Alan Townsend, MA, MRTPI retired as the Director of the International Centre for Regional & Development Studies in the University of Durham in 2005, and continued as Emeritus Professor. He is Vice-Chair of Bishop Auckland College, and of Greater Willington Town Council. He is one of relatively few people who have worked extensively in both physical and economic planning.

His main roles are to analyse and interpret social and other data, including Census and other demographic data. This includes monitoring change. Chris has an honours degree in Mathematics, from Leicester University, and a Masters degree in Statistics from Newcastle University. He has been a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society since 1972.
